Ok so I read a book a few years ago, I thought it was called Serial Date.
It's about a teen girl who has a a crush on the new boy who moved in across the road with his aunt. There is a serial killer that is targeting girls that look like her and she and her sister start to suspect that it is him.
But she finds out that he was in the car on the night his mom was murdered in front of him and he was almost killed.
The girl is also into roller hockey and friends with three guys called the J's.
The killer ends up being the detective her sister was in contact with,
