HIII! This is my first time on reddit so exciting. I need book recommendations for a book where the MFC has loved her since childhood. I am mostly looking for a childhood friends to lovers or childhood friends to enemies to lovers but I am open to anything! Extra points if she doesn't know but it's okay if not! I have read:

I love romance, fantasy, and science fiction but I am open to other genres! I also don't have a spice preference!
I would prefer if the MFC is dark/mysterious/broody and isnt blonde. Also no facial hair…. ❤️😜

For childhood friends vibes you gotta check out The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo – not exactly what you asked for but trust me on this one. Also try From Blood and Ash series if you haven’t already, has that broody energy you want
Since you liked Cruel Prince, maybe look at The Shadows Between Us or anything by Jennifer L Armentrout. She writes those dark mysterious guys really well and most of her male characters don’t have facial hair if I remember right
