Not sure what to tag this.
How do I explain this succinctly… for 40 years I thought I was a cis man and recently I've figured out I'm not. Obviously I have some awareness of the meme of "romance novels for women" that turn out to be basically porn? But other than that brief passing awareness I don't really know anything or any examples. I want to try some. As part of my gender questioning I guess.
Is there like some gold standard for starters? Something authentic and easy to get into? Something specifically written for a female audience.
