I want to get a book or two for my mom for Christmas but her current favorite genre is one that I don’t read a lot of so I thought I’d come here for help!
Right now she’s primarily into historical fiction from a woman’s POV or with a lot of important female characters. She really enjoys the work of Martha Hall Kelly so something similar to her work would be great.
Other works that she’s recently enjoyed are Educated by Tara Westover, Midnight Library by Matt Haig, and The Lincoln Highway by Amor Towles. While not historical fiction, she liked these books a lot and would probably enjoy authors with a similar voice!
