Hi, can anyone recommend me a book that has high stakes with political intrigue with a romance subplot, preferably arrange marriage or something similar. I would prefer it to be mostly clean with characters that are 20 or above.
I recently read The Heir and the Spare by Kate Straddling and although the main characters weren't in an arrange marriage, they were still in close proximity and had high stakes. And it was refreshing after being in a huge reading slump.
