I am looking for recs on books that are compilations of essays of writings about a specific unique person – Saints, people who’ve resisted oppression in history, things of this nature.

My example is Voice Of The Living Light about Hildegard of Bingen. It's just a book full of people writing about her extensive oeuvre, her different contributions and works, etc

I am very interested in writings about people from outside of the Americas
