    Hi,

Im studying the Vietnam War right now however it seems to be from a very western perspective -looking at how 'x' action impacted the US or how the US dealth with 'x', we barely even look at the situation in North Vietnam or what Ho Chi Minh actually did beyond "guerilla warefare" being repeated to us.

I'd like some book recommendations that examine the Vietnam war through a vietnamese perspective -historical fiction or a encapsulating non fiction (like Wild Swans by Jung Chang). Even some movie recs would be welcomed

edit: Thanks for all the recommendations -many books added onto my tbr now! Also all of these books have such beautiful titles, im very excited!
