Looking for a book that's all about highschoolers being forced to fend for themselves in some sort of violent conflict, where they form somewhat of a makeshift army and have to face off real threats.
I'm looking for something gloomy and dark, something that stays grounded and close to what would happen in reality. Thank you in advance!
