Currently reading Red Rising and if I’m being honest, it’s not that great. Darrow, the main character is not very likable. I don’t find myself rooting for him or sympathizing with him save for a brief time in the beginning after his wife was sacrificed
I can probably stick with it if the subsequent books get better but I don’t want to waste my time reading this if there is no promise of a better story.
