I read house of leaves by Mark Z. Danielewski about 2 years ago and I've been chasing that high since. I loved the unique way it was written and how much lore it has, as well as how its originally a horror novel, however it derives deep into the relationships. A big thing for me is that it's very easy for a writing style to make me cringe, and the seriousness of his writing style was not Cringey at all.
I have also enjoyed Raw Shark Texts by Steven Hall and Anygdalatropolis by BR Yeager recently, but nothing like house of leaves. Any recommendations?
