Wife has taken up baking hardcore in the past 6 months. We give each other books on x-mas eve. I’m looking for a novel, ideally contemporary (i.e. not an old classic), that somehow revolves around baking, cookies, cakes, pastries, etc. Baking can be a secondary theme, doesn’t need to be primary. Bonus points for female author. Not interested in memoirs.
