My gf has been working in the tech industry for many years but for the last two she's been in a new position and is burning out from the constant belittling and bro culture.
Her birthday is coming up and I'd like to get her a book on the topic, maybe something relatable (like a memoir) or something she could learn from (like a broader book about women in tech or workplace discrimination). Preferably not self-help.
