Looking for Multi POV book of any genre, where if you were to take out one of the POVs and repackaged it as an individual story, it could honestly be classified as a romance novel?

I know this is a strange request but I have my reasons. The only rules I have is that the story itself cant be romance, i only want that specific POV that could be classified as romance, but everything else about the story focuses on non-romantic stakes. It also cant be romance as a side plot. Like it isnt one of the main characters falling in love with another character as a subplot, it has to be an entire POV that is so romance-focused that it almost feels like it could function as its own separate story within the narrative.
