    I have issues with self worth/self esteem and it’s probably stemming from abandonment issues from being a child. I struggle really bad with getting my worth from external sources, approval from friends, praise from bosses, etc. I feel like if I don’t have plans on any given day I am worthless and my life is stupid. If a friend doesn’t answer my texts it feels paralyzing when I convince myself they hate me. I know I need therapy lol. I’m currently seeing multiple therapists but going into the summer I’m trying to read more and would love a book suggestion. Ideally something written by a woman because I just feel like I can relate better to other women than men. Thanks so much!!

    -straight & my romantic relationships are very much impacted by these mental health issues as I’m looking for my husband lol
    -diagnosed with PTSD (lmk if you want me to expand on this – mostly around abandonment), anxiety, OCD (ROCD), & ADHD
