Girls is about a group of friends in their early 20s living in New York and the boys they date/people they hate, etc. It’s pretty much accepted that all the main characters (group of four girls) is detestable in their own sort of way. They’re all either quite selfish or immature or whatever else. But they also love each other a lot. I want the same feeling in a book. I want to laugh and cry and see the world through the eyes of a new adult in a big city figuring out with her girlfriends.
