Hey y'all. So Great Gatsby is one of my favorite books and im currently looking for more that scratch a certain itch that it does, Specifically Nick and Gatsby's relationship
To boil it down, I would appreciate some recommendations of books whos two central characters have a similar dynamic to them. One is an enigmatic, charming, sincere, and from a prestigious life while the other is competent, from at least a lower social circle then the other, and is endlessly fascinated with the other (or they both are).
I hope this isnt too much of a tricky list of requirements lol! (Bonus points if the friendship is semi homoerotic) (double bonus points if they're straight up gay)
