I’m looking for books by immigrant authors who migrated to Ireland (or Northern Ireland), and/or books about immigrating to Ireland (or Northern Ireland) and navigating Irish culture, identity, belonging, assimilation, etc.
I’m interested in both fiction and non-fiction, especially if it's contemporary. I’m open to any tone or angle too: sociological/political, literary, sad, hopeful, funny, warm, heavy, personal memoirs, etc.
Open to books set anywhere on the island, and from any immigrant perspective/background.
Thanks!
