I love contemporary literary fiction, and tend to like books that have darker themes. I have been under a lot of stress and feeling down lately. I also have an upcoming vacation, so I am looking for some books that are more upbeat, but still intelligently written if that makes sense. Can anyone suggests some books that are like literary fiction with a beach read vibe?
