    1. Mindfulness in general might be a good direction to look for some of that. Naturally, it won’t help with the actual health issues, but it can help with the anxiety and stress side of things. I followed a program from a book called *Mindfulness: Finding Peace in a Frantic World* (companion website [here](https://franticworld.com/)) that I thought was a good one.
