Hi everyone. I enjoyed reading when I was younger, but as a former History major/Philosophy minor, and current law school student, all I do is read for assignments. With that being said, I’m looking for recommendations!
About me: mid 20’s female whose favorite MOVIE genre is horror/thriller/true crime, but will branch out to things like drama. I prefer to stay with that for books, and bonus points if the movie is based on a book. For example, I’m looking for the book “Hot Milk” after watching the movie, but not necessary — same with “The Housemaid.”
Currently rereading my favorite books, “Secret Life of Bees” and “The Kite Runner,” for fun without having to have an assignment due. I just bought a book on the Menendez brothers and have plans to read the Amityville Horror after watching the movie several times. I also have enjoyed Miss Peregrine’s series.
