My triggers are; widow romance/dead romantic partners/dead parents, i have read a book that has the widow romance as a side plot it just made me so sad(why do books that had widows never give grace to the dead lover? In the book i read literally everyone visited his late wife grave but him..i especially hated that he already moved on in just a year, when he has a kid that is going through grief!! I thought I was going crazy in goodreads when no one seem to have the same thoughts as me, cause of that i would actually prefer a book that could have a widow in it(not as the main character) but the widow could choose to not try and find love again/or at least have it be open possibility but the story focuses more on the widow remembering their partner more then them trying to find love again, i just need a story that makes me believe that death doesn’t mean love is gone! It doesn’t actually need to be about romantic love even, just a story that respects remembering the dead. (Sorry this turned into a rant lol)
