I just had a patron ask for something that has me stumped. He read a book about some government secrets and he says his mind is blown. He wants a book about the benefits of not knowing secrets/information like why a government would hide information and how it makes life easier to live if we don't know everything. He's not looking for a self-help book. Any suggestions?
The book he read was not one I recommended but was one he found himself. It was Secrets of Antarctica by Brad Olsen. I'm aware this book is a conspiracy theory at best. I'm not here to debate that book but I may want to gently guide him to more verifiable and truthful resources.
