Books that break the fourth wall constantly like The Stanley Parable and if on a winter’s night a traveler

I’ve recently played The Stanley Parable, and I love moments when the narrator addressing the gamer directly. I was wondering if there are books like this, where the author is always directly addresses the reader.

then I went on to read if on a winter’s night a traveler by Italo Calvino. it was a great read, but I would like a more witty tone and more comedic elements. Does these kind of books even exist? I really wanna read them.
