I’m looking for a historical fiction book that MOSTLY focuses on the history of an event or time period, but also includes a really well done romance. I haven’t read too many books in this genre, so I haven’t got any direct comparisons, but I really enjoy a queer relationship (both wlw and mlm) and my favorite periods of history to read about are ones with a broad, expansive, adventurous feel, such as the wild west or pirates.
