I’ve just read the novel Silence of the Lambs in a couple of days. I haven’t read a book in a while and it’s reignited my love of reading. I enjoy quick / shorter reads, generally.
I’m looking for books that are similar in length (‘Lambs’ is approx 350 pages) and feature a female protagonist. It doesn’t have to precisely be an FBI agent, but some sort of detective angle.
I’m also a sucker for serial killer stories. I enjoy easy read thrillers so would love some author / title recommendations I can get stuck into. A series of books featuring the same character would also be fine.
