I don’t read books but I’m in desperate need of some clarity. I lost my best friend to an overdose in February and it’s unfathonbable how I’m never gonna see her again or touch her again.. it doesn’t make sense. I’m angry and confused. I have severe ptsd now about death I wish I could think about it more peacefully if that makes sense. Appreciate any advice
