I remembered reading this book over 10 years ago and thoroughly enjoying it, I just re-read it and for me it holds up and I even got more out of it. Unfortunately, it’s the first in a series that Pat Walsh, the author, seems to have no interest in finishing.
Crowfield Curse was published in 2010, the sequel in 2012, a spinoff/companion book in 2014, but no series finale.
I’m glad I read the book, but when I found it again I was excited to discover that there was more. At the time I didn’t realize it doesn’t seem like it’s going to be finished.
My main purpose for writing this I guess is to help some poor soul wondering what happened to the series, just as a reddit post helped me piece things together.
