I am quite versed on Carolingian/Napoleonic and post Napoleonic history of France, but I would like to deepen my knowledge on other topics and periods.
I would ask you for:
– A good overall book on Medieval era (if possible with a focus on Hundred Years’ War)
– A good book spot on modern era (would be ideal 18th century absolutism, I am already knowledgeable on Italian Wars and Seven Years’ War)
