I just heard that way back in 2020 Sony acquired the rights to make a movie out of the inheritance games by Jennifer Lynn Barnes. But at this very moment it’s not even in production there’s no producer to be named nothing. I don’t understand it why is it taking so long? The same thing goes for the court of thorns and Roses TV show. I also heard about some other books being made into movies like Colleen Hoover’s it ends with us the silent patient and the cruel Prince. God only knows how long those are going to take as well. But like why announce these things if you don’t even have a producer yet any cast members nothing. Like why not wait to tell people so you’re not getting their hopes up only to crush them like what happened with Throne of Glass. I haven’t read any of these books so I can’t say whether or not I’m excited for the movies. But I’m sure other people will be and I hope they work out for you I really do. What is everyone else’s thoughts?
