Some of my favorites are Difficult Women by Roxane Gay, Interpreter of Maladies by Jhumpa Lahiri as well as Drown and This Is How You Lose Her by Junot Diaz. These are some of my favorite authors and I’m always drawn into their stories. I also really enjoy reading stories centered on the realities of BIPOC or that at least feature those types of characters.
