Religious fiction?

I’m looking for books that are interesting fiction adaptations of sacred texts. I love The Book of Longings because it displays Israel and Greece at the time of Jesus and describes the culture etc. Id love more biblical fiction, or fiction inspired by the Torah… honestly anything that you guys recommend ❤️
