I was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations based on a (micro) trope that i’ve only seen in movies before.
Basically it’s when a character has a fatal disease & therefore distance themselves from family/friends/loved ones while still alive so as to lessen the pain they’ll feel once they pass.
It’s super niche ik, but let me know if anything springs to mind!
