I’m thinking of something that combines the community contribution and review flow of a wiki with the format and quality of [Power Moby Dick](http://www.powermobydick.com/). *Sort of* like Genius for books.
These books usually benefit when read with extra context, and published forms are cool but they are limited to a handful of editors’ contributions at most. Plus, imo an interactive website works better for text with lots of annotations since you can have hover text, expand/collapse, dynamic styling, etc.
I did Google of course but couldn’t find anything.
