I just finished *The Sun Does Shine* by Anthony Ray Hinton and I’m gutted. I think it’s an incredibly important read and can’t say there’s ever been a book that’s had a more profound impact on me.
However, it’s made my heart quite heavy and I am afraid it will put me into a reading slump. Does anyone have any light-hearted and quick reads?
I’m open to adult, YA, and junior reading levels. Open to graphic novels as well. Favorite genres are historical fiction, fantasy, and memoirs.
