I would really love some books that have indigenous characters in it and/or are inspired by native cultures. Horror/Mystery, Fiction, Fantasy, etc. are all very welcome but I am totally fine with contemporary fiction like the book Son of the Mountain or Ceremony. I would also love well written Wild West novels too! I will say that my preference is not to any series as I have enough of those that I am reading, but if it is a short series or just so good, then totally okay with that.
