I’m gay. I like dark fantasy and dark romance. I’m tired of reading the same fragile girl meets Dark Brooding Man stories. I don’t care if it’s a gay romance or a lesbian romance, I just need something that appeals to Me. TWs don’t matter! I’m looking more for something in the fantasy realm, but if you’ve read and loved a book without any magical or fantasy elements, I’m willing to hear it out!
I recently read The Blacksmith’s Apprentice (by Bey Deckard) and loved it, for example. While the main couple wasn’t lgbt, I also read and fell in love with Juniper & Thorn.
