A book where the crew of a space station realize they’re the only humans left alive.

Maybe it’s disease, maybe it’s natural disasters, nuclear war or maybe even the rapture – however it happens, there’s a crew of astronauts that come to understand they are all that’s left of humanity. An international crew like that of the ISS would be exceptional.

There’s probably a very obvious example of this I’m either forgetting or am just ignorant of, but anything that captures this feeling of tragic realization and isolation.
