i just read the Blood Trials duology by davenport and just finished the first book in the halfling saga by melissa blair and i need something to hold me until i can get my hands on the next book !! i really enjoyed these two with the fantasy aspect and enemies to lovers, but i prefer the romance not to be the whole point of the book ya know ? i love a strong female lead and really want something that continues with the whole overthrowing a government/monarchy vibe and or dystopian settings ! please help !!
i just started getting into reading again and these kind of books are really fanning the flame and i want it to keep going !!

This might not fit 100% of what you said, but I’d try Graceling by Kristin Cashore.
The Scholomance trilogy by Naomi Novik.
*Children of Blood and Bone* by Tomi Adeyemi?
*The Gilded Ones* by Namina Forna?
You already know *The Hunger Games*, right? If you don’t, that’s the one.
(Edit: It’s more sci-fi than fantasy, but still.)
