I need some new book suggestions based on the books I’m about to list Giovanni’s Room by James Baldwin, The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller, and Alexander by Mary Renault. I’m looking for a book that has queer romance in it and is similar to one of these. I think these books aren’t that similar in a lot of ways and I’m open to reading anything with a good plot as well and good prose is a nice plus. I couldn’t get into the second book of the Alexander series by Mary Renault. Little side note and I’m not sure why.
