    1. The Sparrow by Mary Doria Russell. Freakonomics by Steven Dubner and Stephen Somebody. A Supposedly Fun Thing I’ll Never Do Again by David Foster Wallace.

      Check out any Brenda Novak or Nora Robert’s books. Nora also writes under JD Robb and they are murder mysteries which I absolutely love
