My BFF is starting chemo soon. I’d like to send her some books that are fun and easy to read with simple plots and happy endings (she’ll likely be a little foggy headed). The challenge is that I want NO mention of illness or death and I’m realizing lot of my favorite books don’t meet this criteria. She tends to enjoy contemporary fiction. I don’t care when the books were published. Any recommendations?
