Hi! My son has never been the biggest fan of books but he’s at last asked to start reading books together at night. He has dyslexia and ADD and has never really engaged with reading before. I have no clue where to start as I never read YA or kids books at his age. He liked Harry Potter and The Hobbit when I read them to him and he’s super into anime shows, but I was the weird kid reading Dickens at his age so I’m completely at a loss on what to pick.
Would anyone be so kind as to provide some recommend some books that may spark a passion for reading?

The Percy Jackson series and the heroes of Olympus series are great! They feature a hero with adhd and dyslexia! I loved them as a kid! They’re what made me fall in love with reading
