About to finish the beautiful memoir “When Breath Becomes Air” by Paul Kalanithi and I have been gutted. Absolutely beautiful wordsmith and writing but its so sad and close to home. What is a book that will make me feel nice and happy while I Wait for the library to have Medium Raw by Anthony Bourdain (he is a comfort of mine lmao). Recent reads include “A Man Called Ove” by Frederich Bachman which I liked but maybe something a tad happier. Both non-fiction and fiction are welcome.
