I’m a 27 year old Individual with a trauma background and a poor childhood and maybe disorders please suggest me a book about finding myself! I don’t know who I am and I want to know more I’m lgbt and Catholic (I think this at least) I just want to find myself and be the real me!! Thanks 🙏
