I’m currently looking for books to read. I’m really into classics, anything that is Victorian times-themed is really my thing. I’ve absolutely loved Jekyll & Hyde and Frankenstein in the past, anything with that dark gothic atmosphere. I’ve also been a big fan of the Caraval books and pretty much some of those fantasy ones. I guess I’m looking for books with dark gothic undertones? Or anything with Victorian steampunk vibes?
I’m also looking for psychological books. Really enjoyed Crime and Punishment so if there’s any other book with a morally grey hero, I’d take it.
I’m fine with looking into other genres or completely unrelated suggestions if the book is worth it.
I’ve been relying a lot on goodreads to find books to read but the reviews always messed with me. I need recommendations from people personally.
