It was about a young person, possibly a girl, who has a strange gift that she doesn’t understand and in the end it ends up being the gift of being able to hear music. It was fictional, possibly slight fantastical themes. But for the life of me I can not find this book anywhere. If anyone could help or point me in the right direction I would be super grateful!
