Beartown by Fredrik Backman killed me, and I don’t even like hockey. Holy shit, man. Another one that really got me is By Grand Central Station I sat Down And Wept by Elizabeth Smart. Also check out The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt. All of these are emotionally devastating, so pick your poison, these are just my faves 🙂
