Hi everyone!
I have a 6-month interim opportunity to be a leader, starting in a few weeks, and I’d like to read books that will help me navigate the transition from peer to leader, as well as help me continually grow skills related to being a leader. I will have excellent networking opportunities too so want to be able to stand out to people in this short time to help with future opportunities.
I am 28, female, a people-pleaser, and am working on my confidence/voice so this may help narrow it down. Emotional intelligence may be another area I’d like to focus on. Any general book recs on what it means to be a leader, and how to be a successful leader are appreciated too 🙂
