I’ve had abdominal surgery twice in the past 8 months. It’s been difficult to read. Nothing grabs my attention. I have read books for my book club, but none of them have left me with any feeling. Please help find me a book that pulls me in quickly and that I can’t put down. No romance or fantasy please. Thank you!

An Absolutely Remarkable Thing by Hank Green. I can’t really explain the plot. It’s contemporary fiction. I read it in 3 days.
