So, I’m trying to up my flirting/dirty talk game for my wife. From reading other posts asking a similar question, the concensus seems to be to read smutty stuff. Here’s the problem, I hate romance plots/subplots and find on-page sex scenes distracting. I also find prolonged battle scenes distracting, but that’s another story.
I was hoping that there might be some books that can ease me into enjoying this stuff, and I might pick up something along the way.
For reference, my main genre is fantasy and my favorite authors are Michael J Sullivan, Scott Lynch, Joe Abercrombie, and Nicholas Eames. Basically, if there’s humorous prose and/or banter, I’m a fan.
So, are there any books that might be in both “worlds”?

It’s an older book and might be out of print but probably easy to find second hand on eBay or somewhere similar. Look up Nancy Friday’s, My Secret Garden. You’ll thank me later. I promise.
